The grand opening of the restaurant was held in November of 2019, just before the COVID 19 epidemic
God provided the staff of volunteers who all have a role to play in the running and operating of the restaurant. The only paid staff are the young people who help in various ways. The ministries He wanted are taking shape. Even during COVID, the restaurant is flourishing. Surely, He is going to say, to Karen, “Well done good and faithful servant,” but He doesn’t. No, He sends the Holy Spirit to encourage Karen to do the next phase of His vision, the splash park, rosary walk and the stations.
